When you start building life for your family, there are many things you need to think about. For sure, you need to provide a roof over your heads. And there comes food, education, and many other things. But to be able to have all that, you need to take care of your finances properly. So, searching for affordable Idaho places for families is very important. Especially if you have more members in your family. You should also make some decisions like if you should rent or buy a house. Everything will depend on your finances. So, there are many things you should pay attention to. Better start writing down your obligations, you will need it.

One of the affordable Idaho places for families is Eagle

Eagle is one of the most family friendly suburbs you could find. And at the same time, it is definitely one of the most affordable ones as well. It is located in Ada County, and it is a suburb that belongs to Boise. There are 28,145 inhabitants and they all tend to lean conservative. Most of them are families, and that is another one of the reasons why you should consider this place. You can also ask experts in the area to help you out with the relocation. They will be more than happy to help you. And there are many movers you could count on.

When it comes to prices, this place is quite affordable as well. The median home value is $455,800 while the median rent $1,275. But even so, 86% of residents are owners of their homes. And the median household income is $91,414 which is much more than on national level. You will be able to find various jobs, and that part is also very important. At the same time, if you don’t want to work in a suburb, Boise is very close, and you can work in a city.

Hayden is another one of the places that would be great for you

Spokane has a suburb that is a great offer for any family that is looking to find a new place for them. Hyden is located in Kootenai County and there are 15,049 inhabitants that live there. Most of them are young professionals and retirees. And majority tends to be conservative. The area in Hayden has a mixture of suburban rural feels. And you can find many coffee shops and parks around. So, you could say that it is possible to live a peaceful life there.

There are 79% of owners, which is understandable when you look at the expenses. The median home value is $280,000 while the median rent is $1,129. So, you could understand why people rather buy their home than rent one. Also, the median home value is lower than the national average one. That is important to know. If you are buying or renting a home for the first time, you need to think about if you want to buy or rent one. There are pros and cons of both decisions, so figuring out what you need is very important.

Check out Dalton Gardens when you are looking for affordable Idaho places for families

Overall, Dalton Gardens is a very nice suburb for any family. And most importantly, it is affordable. This is also a suburb of Spokane located in the same county as Hayden. And that would be the Kootenai County. The big difference is that in this suburb there are only 2,773 inhabitants. For people that don’t like traffic and overcrowded places, this will be amazing. The area feels like rural, and it is a very nice and cozy place. You will find many parks and coffee shops around. Residents tend to be conservative and most of them are retirees. Sometimes living in suburb is better than living in a city.

Even though the median rent is significantly lower at the price of only $701, most people that live there are owners. The median home value is higher that on a national level, $423,000. But we do recommend that at first you start with renting. This way you could easily relocate if you feel like it and it would be more affordable until you have enough financial resources to buy a home of your own. Another thing that can be important when you are making this decision, is the education your kids would have in a certain place. And when it comes to Dalton Gardens, it is a number one suburb with the best public schools in Idaho. So, you should definitely take this suburb in your consideration.

Middleton can be also a great choice

Life in Middleton can be very great for any family that comes here. Most of residents are exactly families and they are all satisfied with the lives they are living there. This is a suburb of Boise, and it is located in Canyon County. There are 8,005 inhabitants and most of them tend to be conservative. Finally, you should check out Meridian

Last but not least we can recommend you Meridian. This is about suburb of Boise in Ada County, but more populated. There are 107,787 inhabitants and the area feels like sparse and suburban. There are not only many families but young professionals as well. So, choices both for school and work are various and good ones.
