Elite neighborhoods in Henderson, Nevada

Posted on January 11, 2021January 11, 2021 By Lisa Roberts No Comments on Elite neighborhoods in Henderson, Nevada

Nevada is one of the best states to live in if you want to relax and live a good life. It has a lot more to offer than people who don’t live in Nevada would think it does. And one of the best cities to live in is definitely Henderson. Henderson is a city that is connected to Las Vegas. This would mean living in Las Vegas but not exactly living there. This is amazing for people of all ages and interests as Las Vegas is a place where everyone can find something to do and something to see. This is why we advise people to move to Las Vegas, Henderson to be more precise. Henderson is a city with a lot of amazing neighborhoods. A lot of them are elite. And if this is right up your alley, here is where you can read all about some of the most elite neighborhoods in Henderson.

Green Valley Ranch

Green Valley Ranch is the first on our list and it is very elite and exclusive. But even though this is the case, a lot of people live here. More than 17,000 people live in Green Valley Ranch. This neighborhood is 11% more expensive than the city of Henderson when it comes to real estate. You’d have to pay a lot of money for a home in this lovely elite neighborhood. But everything else costs the same as it costs everywhere in the city of Henderson such as transportation, healthcare, groceries, goods and services, and so on.

Elite house
There are plenty of amazing houses to choose from.

If you decide to settle in here, you are definitely going to need some professional assistance as moving isn’t an easy task. A lot of things go into it and it can be a lot to handle by yourself without somebody professional by your side. Especially if moving long distances.

Lake Las Vegas

Even though it mentions Las Vegas in its name, Lake Las Vegas is one of the most elite neighborhoods in Henderson. Not a lot of people live here as it is so expensive. Just about 3,000 people are currently living in this neighborhood. This is because the cost of living is very high. Housing costs almost double than the rest of the city of Henderson.

Lake Las Vegas
One of the best places for buying a home is Lake Las Vegas.

But, again, this is the only thing that costs more. All other things you need have regular pricing. And if you are selling your home, you might be able to afford a home in Lake Las Vegas. And moving to this amazing neighborhood with your children is what we would recommend doing as this is a perfect place for children to grow up in. A lot of families are already living in Lake Las Vegas.

Other neighborhoods to consider moving to

There are plenty of elite neighborhoods in Henderson and we can’t really write about all of them. But have in mind that they are all amazing and they have all that you need to live your life with your family without a lot of hassle. Moving to Anthem is a great idea as well and so is moving to Calico Ridge. Just make sure to avoid making mistakes when moving in order to start off on a positive note after moving to Henderson. This will make adjusting much easier.
